مجلس فیضانِ قرآن (دعوتِ اسلامی)کی خدمات کی جھلکیاں
(۱)جیل مدارس
جیل کے اندر قیدیوں کی بیرکوں و عملہ کے کواٹرز میں مجلسِ فیضان قرآن کا فیض جاری ہے۔ پاکستان بھر میں متعدد''جیل مدارس'' قائم ہوچکے ہیں۔ ایک سزائے موت کا قیدی مجلسِ فیضانِ قرآن کے فیض سے فیضیاب ہوکر دوسروں کو قرآن شریف پڑھا رہا ہے۔ دیگر جیلوں میں بھی قیدی قرآن پاک پڑھ کر دوسروں کو پڑھارہے ہیں۔ سندھ کی ایک جیل میں قیدیوں کو باقاعدہ ــ''شریعت کورس'' کرایا جارہا ہے۔ ان شاء اللہ (عزوجل) تمام جیلوں میں یہ سلسلہ بتدریج بڑھتا رہیگا۔
(۲)درس وبیان
کئی جیلوں میں روزانہ قیدیوں کی بیرکوں و عملہ کے کواٹرز میں فیضانِ سنت و امیر اہلسنت (دامت برکاتھم العالیہ )کے دیگر رسائل سے درس کا سلسلہ ہے بعض جیلوں میں عملہ کی اسمبلی میں بھی درس دیا جاتا ہے نیز کئی جیلوں میں ماہانہ و ہفتہ وار اجتماعِ ذکرو نعت کا سلسلہ ہے ۔
(۳)المد ینہ لائبریری
اس لائبریری میں شیخ طریق امیر اہلسنت (دامت برکاتھم العالیہ) و دیگر علمائے اہلسنت کی کتب و رسائل وکنزالایمان شریف وغیرہ رکھنے کا سلسلہ ہے۔قیدیوں و عملہ کو دینی اصلاحی معلومات کا بیش بہا خزانہ فراہم کرنے کے لئے بتدریج پیشرفت جاری ہے ۔
(۴)جشنِ عید میلاد النبی صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم
کئی جیلوں کے اندر جشنِ عید میلاد النبی صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم کی دھومیں مچانے کا سلسلہ ہے ، کچھ جیلوں میں سبز جھنڈوں کے ساتھ قیدیوں و عملے کے جلوس نکالنے اور کئی من مٹھائی تقسیم کرنے کا سلسلہ رہا۔
(۵)ہفتہ وار اجتماعات
شہر سطح پر ہونے والے سنتوں بھرے ہفتہ وار اجتماعات میں جیل عملے کی شرکت کے لئے کئی جیلوں سے بسوں ، ویگنوں ودیگر سواریوں کے انتظام کابھی سلسلہ ہے ۔
(۶)بخشی خانہ اجتماعات
قیدیوں کی پیشی کے موقعوں پر اصلاحی سنتوں بھرے اجتماعات کئی مقامات پر باقاعدگی سے ہورہے ہیں جن سے قیدیوں کی اصلاح ہورہی ہے۔
(۷) پروبیشن اجتماعات
آزمائشی رہائی پانے والے قیدیوں کی پیشیوں کے مواقع پر پروبیشن اجتماعات کا سلسلہ کئی مقامات پر باقاعدہ جاری ہے۔ پروبیشن اجتماعات کی برکت سے کئی پروبیشن افراد مدنی قافلوں کا سنتوں بھرا سفر اختیار کررہے ہیں اور ہفتہ وار سنتوں بھرے اجتماعات میں پابندی سے شرکت کرکے اپنی اور ساری دنیا کے لوگوں کی اصلاح کاسبب بن رہے ہیں۔
(۸) مساجد کی تعمیر
کئی جیلوں کے اندر مساجد کی تعمیرات کا سلسلہ جاری ہے کئی جیلوں میں مدرسہ بیرک ، وضوخانہ، واش روم، سیوریج نظام کی تعمیر، کا سلسلہ ہے۔ مزید پیش رفت جاری ہے۔
(۹)دینی تحائف کی تقسیم
قرآن مجید وترجمہ کنزالایمان ، علمائے اہلسنت کی دینی و اصلاحی کتب و رسائل ، امیر اہلسنت (دامت برکاتھم العالیہ )کی مایہ ناز تصانیف رسائل و اصلاحی بیانات کی کیسٹیں ، سی ڈیز ، تسبیحات ، عطریات، وغیرہ قیدیوں و عملہء جیل کو تحفے میں دینے کا سلسلہ ہے۔
(۱۰)جیل مدرسین
پاکستان بھر کی کئی جیلوں میں قیدیوں و عملہ کی تعلیم و تربیت کے لئے مدرسین کے ماہانہ وظیفوں کی ادائیگی کا بھی سلسلہ ہے۔
(۱۱) اجتماعی اعتکاف
کئی جیلوں کی مساجد میں ماہِ رمضان المبارک کے آخری عشرہ میں اجتماعی اعتکاف کا اہتمام کیا جاتا ہے ان میں قیدی حضرات ضروری علمِ دین حاصل کرکے سنتوں کی تربیت پاتے ہیں۔
(۱۲) افطاری
کئی جیلوں میں افطاری کے لئے قیدیوں میں کھجوریں و دیگر فروٹ وغیرہ تقسیم کرنے کا سلسلہ ہوتا ہے۔
(۱۳) وومن جیلوں میں مدنی کام
خاص مواقع مثلاً عیدِ میلاد النبی صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم ، معراج النبی صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم وغیرہ پر وومن جیلز میں قیدی عورتوں کی تربیت کے لئے شرعی پردہ کے ساتھ اصلاحی، سنتوں بھرے اجتماعات کرانے کا سلسلہ ہے۔ مزید روزانہ تعلیم و تربیت کے لئے مبلغات کی ترکیب کی جانب پیش رفت ہے۔
(۱۴)روحانی علاج
دُکھیارے قیدیوں کو مجلس مکتوبات و تعویذاتِ عطاریہ کے دیئے ہوئے تعویذات فی سبیل اللہ (عزوجل) پہنچانے کا سلسلہ ہے۔
(۱۵)فری میڈیکل کیمپ
جیلوں میں بند قیدیوں کے علاج و معالجہ کے لئے فری میڈیکل کیمپ کیجانب پیش رفت ہے ۔
(۱۶) مختلف کورسز
رہائی پانے والوں کی تربیت کے لئے مختلف کورسز کا اہتمام کیا جاتا ہے۔ مثلاً 41دن کا مدنی قافلہ کورس ، 63دن کا تربیتی کورس، امامت کورس اور مدرس کورس وغیرہم قیدیوں کی قانونی رہنمائی کابھی سلسلہ ہے تاکہ بے گناہ و مستحق قیدیوں کو آزادی حاصل کرنے میں آسانی ہوسکے۔
(۱۷) لنگر ونیاز کی تقسیم
بڑے تہواروں پر جیلوں کے اندر اجتماعاتِ ذکرو نعت و لنگر ونیاز کی تقسیم کاسلسلہ بھی ہوتا ہے ۔
(۱۸) :کپڑوں کی تقسیم
عید میلاد النبی صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم ، عید الفطرو عید الاضحی پر غریب و نادار قیدیوں میں مفت کپڑوں کی تقسیم کا سلسلہ ہے ان شاء اللہ (عزوجل ) اس سلسلہ میں پیش رفت ہے ۔
مدنی التجاء
مستحق قیدیوں کے کپڑوں، علاج معالجہ، دینی ،اصلاحی و اخلاقی تربیت کیلئے قرآن پاک ، دینی کتب و رسائل کی تقسیم مستحق قیدیوں کے جرمانے کی ادائیگی وکیل و کورٹ کے معاملات ، مساجد ، مدارس و بیرکوں کی تعمیر ، میٹھے پانی کی فراہمی، رمضان المبارک میں روزہ افطاری کیلئے کھجوروں کی تقسیم ومدرسین کے وظیفے و دیگر اخراجات کیلئے اپنی زکوٰۃ، خیرات ، صدقات ، عطیات ، چندہ و قربانی کی کھالیں، مجلس فیضانِ قرآنکو دیجئے۔

Science-religion-conflict at the very outset of the renaissance of the West has been an unhappy affair, such as has proved disastrous in the long run to mankind at large. The atrocities of a tyrannical church might indeed have been unbearable, while the rational and beneficent character of science might have seemed a great boon, but thanks to the absence of faith that the unfortunate survivors of the atomic conflagration, unfortunate by virtue of their survival itself, sitting like haggard and wretched group of bald vultures of a forlorn desert, on top of a stinking heap of smouldring debris and choking fumes, might be heard as saying with a sad sigh, " Alas for us, perhaps, the amenities of beneficent science were a mere delusion. Perhaps it was at some accursed hour that ill-starred mankind had adopted the course of science. Alas for us! Perhaps the unhuman atrocities of the cruel clergies were preferable to this. O, benign death, why have you spared us miserable creatures? Pray condescend once to visit us and relieve this wretched medley of a painful existence. How we envy the owners of these swollen and stinking bodies. We wish, we were in their place killed and saved this unbearable existence. It is earnestly hoped, that scientists and politicians will not treat these sentiments as mere mockery, unless indeed, the dazzle of some pre-ordained decree of cruel fate has blinded their eyes and they are foredoomed along with the whole mankind to some most unfortunate end. It is my heart that speaks, and the voice of a heart only the foredoomed can pretend not to hear, and blind only can deny the presence of the sun in heaven. Pray, I entreat you, now awake from your slumber and see what lies ahead over the horizons of humanity.
